When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by jilijoy. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
jilijoy may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID). jilijoy reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All jilijoy accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilijoy account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
jilijoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilijoy immediately via the live chat support function.
jilijoy will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jilijoy that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilijoy's support team.
jilijoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. jilijoy does not accept credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with current Philippine regulations, and does not support cryptocurrency transactions.
The minimum deposit amount on jilijoy is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your jilijoy account.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed on a 24/7 basis, including Philippine public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. jilijoy reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
jilijoy applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned to the same method. jilijoy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that deviate from this policy.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jilijoy reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, as notified to the Player. Players are encouraged to log in regularly to avoid account inactivity.
jilijoy offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:
All games available on jilijoy are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.
jilijoy's RNG (random number generator) games are independently audited by certified testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Live dealer games are conducted by trained hosts and monitored for integrity.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilijoy reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's account. jilijoy's decision on technical disputes is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilijoy and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
jilijoy reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
All content on the jilijoy platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jilijoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilijoy platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilijoy content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilijoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jilijoy platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
jilijoy's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilijoy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access jilijoy at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their devices.

jilijoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jilijoy reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in the Player's account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their jilijoy account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat.
jilijoy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of jilijoy following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using jilijoy and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jilijoy, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedure.
